The Den is an unassuming self-serve space that is private and professional. We offer batting cage rentals and turf training space, as well as a private gym upstairs. Our space is perfect for personal training instruction, sports training, instructors looking for a reasonably-priced private instruction space and teams looking for a focused training space.Our downstairs turf space is perfect for 1-on-1 through 1-on-4 personal Softball and Soccer instruction, as well as full facility for team practices. We offer team rentals and team training with and our instructors. It is perfect for private sports instruction, personal practice rental, PT/OT/Personal Trainers and Massage practitioners. Great for group sports training, group workout (yoga, pilates, lifting, sprints, speed & agility).COACHES & PRIVATE TRAINERS
The space is designed for softball pitching, hitting & fielding lessons with all netting machines, instructional tools at your disposal. All equipment you need to teach and practice is included.We also have racks and bumper weights for weight lifting on the turf. The space has been used successfully by soccer instructors for foot skills, passing and shooting instruction, wrestling practice, youth baseball, lacrosse and children's sports classes. Teams of multiple sports have rented for for a multi-zone workout with a reasonable cost. You let yourself in and you let yourself out.
